4. Moray Furnishers Services
Where you order goods or services through our Website we will not disclose your customer information related to that transaction unless required for the purpose of order fulfilment such as delivery address. We cannot give any undertaking that the products you purchase through the Website will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are in GBP sterling, and are payable in GBP sterling, plus any applicable taxes. Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through Paypal, our online payment facility.
We may refuse service or refuse to process a transaction for any reason or to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
8. Delivery arrangements
On our Website checkout page you will provided with details of post and packing costs. Moray Furnishers delivers via delivery own to all postcodes in Moray and selected postcodes in the Highlands, Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen and Perthshire. If you are not offered a delivery service please contact us on email@example.com to quote for an alternative delivery service. The delivery costs for each order may vary according to the shipping method selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
9. Returns or Cancellations

We provide the following guarantee to all shoppers so that you have peace of mind when ordering any product through our site. In relation to any goods sold through our site, you have 14 days from receipt of goods in which you can return your order. Where you have placed an order you have 14 days from the day after that on which you placed the order in which you can cancel your order (unless the service has already been provided).
Where you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you will be responsible for payment of the delivery charges.

Any goods returned under this policy must be made using a signed courier service, including a means of tracking the parcel and which will provide insurance for the full value of the goods, should they become lost or damaged in transit.
The consumer will be responsible for incurring the additional postage charges associated with any returns made under this policy.

9b. Improper Returns
Where you return goods in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the goods):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
9c. Damaged / Incomplete Order
You should examine the packaging and the products before accepting delivery to inspect for any damage during transportation. If any of the products are damaged you can refuse to accept delivery and Moray Furnishers will arrange a replacement and alternative delivery date.
If there are any parts or fittings missing from the goods delivered, we will aim to have these delivered to the consumer within 7-10 days from acknowledgement of the goods being incomplete.
We will refund the full value of any goods properly returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the goods to us. Any refunds entitled to the consumer will be made using the same payment method used to complete the original transaction. The refund will be processed within 14 days of recepit of the returned goods.
11. Personal Information
We are committed to ensuring our customers privacy is protected. We will be required to collect certain information to enable us to process and fulfil delivery of orders. This information will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared by third parties. We use Paypal to transact the purchase costs and we do not have any access to any card details.

17. Force majeure
Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these Customer Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes , or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then our (as the case may be) performance of its obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
